Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of the 16th inst., I have much
pleasure in strongly support ing the application of Mr.E.G.M.
Neville, whom I have known for many years. I should say that
it would be very difficult to find a more suitable man for the
post than Mr. Neville. He comes of a teaching family, his academic qualifications are considerably beyond the average, and his war service will add to his influence and power in any school, whether at home or abroad. As one who has known hig from childhood, I am glad of this opportunity of strongly recommending Mr. Neville to the Selection Committee concerned.
Yours faithfully,
MJohnson
Secretary.
